We had a braw stay! The spa facilities were pure dead brilliant after a day of skiing. The only downside, the food could be a bit hotter, but overall, great value for a cracking trip.

Signage is a real issue here. it took me ages to find the restaurant, thanks to its tiny, almost hidden signs. The air conditioning was a bust, so I had to swelter through the night with no way to cool it down. The pool had a bizarre closing time—it’s supposed to be open until 20:00, but it was covered up by 19:15 while we were still swimming. The electric switches in the Deluxe Twin Room were quirky and only worked sporadically. And honestly, the food quality leaves something to be desired, not what you expect from a place in this price bracket. It’s a shame because the setting has potential, but they’ve got to step up their game to really shine.
